- Access to read, create, modify, and delete your email, and send email on your behalf
- Access to read your list of calendars, and to create, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf
- We will only access the Google user data that you have explicitly authorized. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means we will only use this data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our application’s user interface and as described in this Privacy Policy. We will not use this data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
- Other Third-Party Services: We may receive information about you from other third-party sources, such as analytics providers or partners, in accordance with their privacy policies and your permissions.

- Specifically, we will use this data to:
- Your Google email address is used as your primary identifier for your Keli.ai account.
- Access to your Gmail is to enable Keli to read and summarize your email for you, and if so directed by you, to create and send email on your behalf.
- Access to your Google Calendar is to enable Keli to read and summarize your calendar events for you, and if so directed by you, to create, modify, and delete events on your behalf.
- We will not use Google user data for purposes other than those explicitly stated and consented to by you. We will not transfer Google user data to others unless it is necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our application’s user interface, to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case users will be notified.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- a. With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data analysis, payment processing, customer service, and marketing assistance. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us and are obligated to protect your information.
- b. For Legal Reasons and to Protect Our Rights: We may disclose your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

- f. Sharing of Google User Data:
- We will only share Google user data with third parties if:
- It is necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features that are prominent in our application’s user interface, and you have consented to this sharing.
- It is necessary to comply with applicable laws or a valid legal order.
- It is part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and you have been notified and, where required, provided consent.
- We will not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising purposes.
- Google user data may be shared with Smithery AI for the purpose of accessing their MCP servers.

We will also provide a mechanism for you to request deletion of your data as outlined in Section 7.

11. Specific Provisions for Google OAuth Users
- Access and Use: As detailed in Sections 1(c) and 2(f), Keli.ai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Data Accessed: We will only request access to Google user data that is essential for the functioning of the features you use within Keli.ai. The specific data requested will be transparently presented on the Google OAuth consent screen. See section 1c and 2f of this document for details.
- Storage: Google user data is stored securely, as outlined in Section 4.
- Sharing: Google user data is shared only under the limited circumstances outlined in Sections 3(d) and 3(f), in compliance with Google’s policies.
- Revoking Access: You can revoke Keli.ai’s access to your Google data at any time through your Google account’s security settings (usually found at myaccount.google.com/permissions). Upon revocation, we will cease accessing your Google data and will delete stored Google user data in accordance with our data retention policy and your deletion rights.
- Purpose Limitation: We will not use Google user data for purposes other than providing and improving the specific, user-facing features of Keli.ai that you have authorized. We will not use this data for advertising, developing credit scores, or any other prohibited uses outlined in the Google API Services User Data Policy.
